Peter Deighan is one of Europe’s leading equestrian and portrait painters. He spent the first 14 years of his life on a farm in Ireland where looking after animals including working horses was second nature. He had already acquired a considerable reputation as a portrait painter before being introduced to the world of equestrianism.
