Bill WAUGH, originally an engineer, took to painting on holiday and soon became a full time artist and his success as a county golfer led him to painting golfing watercolours. He has painted many of the world’s leading courses including those hosting the Open Championships at Royal Troon, Royal Lytham St Anne’s and Muirfield and The Ryder Cup at The Belfry.
