As a racehorse Tiznow earned $6,427,830 and in so doing is the only horse in history to win the Breederês Cup Classic twice. He also won the Super Derby by six lengths setting a new track record and the Santa Anita Derby by five lengths. In total he won graded stakes races on seven occasions. His stellar race record revealed his courage by finishing on the board in all 15 of his starts with 8 wins, 4 seconds and was third twice.
Tiznow won three Eclipse Awards, was Horse of the Year and is a leading sire of race horses. He stands at WinStar Farm in Versailles, Kentucky just outside of Lexington. He has already sired six Grade I stakes winners and finished third on the 2009 General Sire List.
