Winner of the Qipco 2000 Guineas, the 2013 Derby, the Dubai Duty Free Irish Derby and the Racing Post Trophy. Owned by Derrick Smith and bred by Sheikh Abdulla Bin Isa Al-Khalifa. Trained at Ballydoyle in Co. Tipperary by Aidan O’Brien and ridden by his son Joseph. Camelot is by the great Coolmore Stud stallion Montjeu, out of Tarfah by Kingmambo.
