Winner of six races including the Eclipse Stakes and the Juddmonte International Stakes, both Group 1s, Ulysses was the champion European older horse of 2017. Now a stallion at Cheveley Park Stud, he was homebred by the Niarchos family, running in the famous colours of Flaxman Stables, and trained in Newmarket by Sir Michael Stoute. Ulysses is beautifully-bred, being by Galileo, the greatest living sire, out of the Epsom Oaks winner Light Shift by Kingmambo.
