The remarkable Honeysuckle is unbeaten (at May 2021) in twelve races, eight of them at Grade 1 level. Her achievements include the Champion Hurdle, two Irish Champion Hurdles, two Hatton’s Grace Hurdles and the Paddy Power Champion Hurdle at the Punchestown Festival. Trained by Henry De Bromhead at Knockeen, County Waterford, she is shown here winning her second Irish Champion Hurdle with Rachael Blackmore, another stunningly prolific female in the sport.
