A bright new star made his debut at the Australian Grand Prix of year 2000 at Melbourne. Twenty year-old Jenson Button from Somerset was only the second youngest debutant in the history of Grand Prix racing. He drove the Williams-BMW FW-22 impressively from a lowly starting-grid position up to fourth place before retirement. He is seen at the Albert Park circuit with the lake and Melbourne skyscrapers in the background
